What are your terms of use?

What are your PayPal details?

If you have made a booking, but, have not yet paid, then you can pay for your hire using PayPal or direct funds transfer. Please follow the instructions within the booking confirmation email that was emailed to the email address provided at the time your booking was made.

If you need our PayPal email address or fund transfer details then please contact us.

Do I have to pay in advance?

We really prefer all bookings to be paid for at least 24 hours in advance of the booking to fairly allocate equipment. However, if you really can not pay in advance of the hire day then please complete this short form and let us know so that alternative arrangements can be made.

As we are a small business we are unfortunately unable to offer accounts or credit. The upside is that you get someone who cares and access to great gear at great prices.

Do you deliver, set up & pack up for free?

The short answer is yes. The long answer is that our simple flat fees include delivery, set up, sound-check and pack up.

If you need to hire a PA for a venue that is outside of the blue area of this map then please contact us for a quote.

Do you operate the PA?

We can provide an operator if required. However, that will cost a little extra. We prefer to deliver, set up & soundcheck and for you to you organise your own sound engineer if required. Please note, that after setup and sound-check all of our systems are very straight forward and easy to operate.

Do you charge GST?

We do not currently charge GST as outlined by the Australian Tax Office.

Can I pay offline?

We really prefer you to book and pay online using PayPal or electronic funds transfer to help us to ensure that equipment is fairly allocated in advance. Of course, if you are not able to book and pay online for some reason then please complete this short form and we'll get back to you to organise an alternative.

What area do you service?

Bendy Music services the greater Newcastle area indicated by the blue area on this map. If you need to hire a PA for a venue that is outside of that area then please contact us for a quote.
